Having signed a new three-year deal committing himself to the Power, David Rodan’s 2010 got off to a rocky start with a serious knee injury requiring surgery occurring in an innocuous preseason training drill. Instead of the normal anterior cruciate ligament surgery that would see him miss the entire year, D-Rod had the revolutionary LARS surgery, meaning that there is every chance he’ll appear in the side some time in 2010. With his commitment to fitness and improvement, the fan favourite is working hard to get back in the side.
