Requesting a donation

We receive many requests from not-for-profits, charitable organisations, schools and clubs each year. 

Requests for donations for charity events can only be accepted from a registered charity. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide donations to individuals who are running an event on behalf of a charity.

To apply for a donation please fill out the Donation Request Form. 

Requests are taken between October 1 and May 1. Any requests sent outside of these dates will not be serviced or responded to.

Donation Items are not available until May.

Important things to note

  • The club is not in a position to accept personal requests for personal events or milestones, and we cannot accept personal items to be signed by the team or players. Our Open Training Sessions provide an opportunity for you to get merchandise and memorabilia signed by our players and coaches.
  • Any requests that do not have the Donation Request form completed will not be serviced or responded to. Donations are limited and priority is given to local charities and organisations with which we have a direct relationship.
  • Submission of a request does not guarantee it will be successful.
  • Applicants must be either a registered charity organisation, not for profit organisation, or other worthy cause.
  • Only eligible organisation’s email addresses will be accepted. Personal email addresses will not be accepted.
  • Items are limited to one per organisation.
  • All forms must be sent via email, fax or post. Please use the addresses and fax number on the donation request form. Please allow up to six (6) weeks processing time after submitting your request.
  • Requests are only serviced and responded to between October 1stand May 1st each year. Please take this into consideration when submitting your request as anything submitted outside of this period will not be considered.
