The Port Adelaide Football Club receives hundreds of requests every month from all over Australia for signed items of memorabilia for fundraising, charity and personal uses. The Port Adelaide Football Club endeavours to support as many community groups, charities and schools as possible and as such there are some guidelines in place for donation requests.
Personal Requests
Due to the large number of requests received, the Port Adelaide Football Club does not accept personal items to be signed by players. We encourage people to attend training sessions, where players will be more than happy to sign items at the completion of the session. Training times and locations are listed here.
Charity / Fundraising requests
The Port Adelaide Football Club is proud of the work it does with various charity groups throughout Australia. The Club provides support through player appearances, provision of auction items, connecting club partners with charity partners, raising the profile of the charity through PR and the club's various communication channels and by providing them access to the club's members and supporters, including match days at AAMI Stadium.
The Port Adelaide Football Club is proud to support the following charities in 2009: Ladder Program, Leukaemia Foundation, Novita, Starlight Children’s Foundation, Variety and White Ribbon Foundation.
To request support in 2009 please send a letter to the address below. All requests must be forwarded to the club at least 4 weeks prior to the fundraising event. Correspondence must state clearly the purpose of the event. It is club policy not to offer monetary donations.

Promotions / Giveaways
The Port Adelaide Football Club receives many requests for promotional items such as posters and stickers from all over Australia. These requests need to be put in writing and include details about what the items will be used for.
