KFC is among a host of new corporate partners to join the Port Adelaide Football Club in the build up to football’s return to Adelaide Oval.

KFC will also be part of the game day action with the introduction of “Kickin’ for Chicken”.

“This is an example of the innovative ways we’re making our corporate partners part of the football club and part of our community,” General Manager - Corporate, Richard Kelly, said.

Port Adelaide is also proud to have several other new partners come on board this year, including Rundle Mall, Nova 919, Brand SA, UPark, Easy Fuel, Sand Goanna Institute, SA Tourism, Clipsal, Matchworks and the Yoghurt Shop.

The club also has continued relationships with a number of partners - Adelaide Casino, Novatech, Envestra, Adam Internet, Comwire, Australian Outdoor Living and of course Balfours – with the Balfours’ Showdown.

This comes on top of important relationships with Joint Major Partners EnergyAustralia and Renault, along with Charity Partner Foodbank.

Mr Kelly said the return to Adelaide Oval has opened up a range of opportunities.

The club has increased corporate revenue at this point by 55 per cent on last year’s final figure, with more room for growth in 2014.

“It’s great to have so many new partners joining and recommitting to Port Adelaide,” Mr Kelly said.

“It shows that community support is translating into corporate support in the build up to our return to Adelaide Oval, where the club has such a great history of success.”
