BRAD Ebert has shot into the top 10 of the AFL Coaches Association Award with another strong performance against West Coast.

Ebert was brilliant against his former side, racking up 26 touches and 10 marks to go with 2 important goals in a low-scoring game.

The performance earned him eight votes from the coaches to take him to 19 for the season – level with North Melbourne’s Scott Thompson in 10th place on the overall leaderboard.

Robbie Gray’s outstanding performance also caught the eyes of the coaches, polling eight votes for his 24 disposals, 5 inside 50s, 4 tackels and 2 goals.

Gray has now polled votes in four of the first five rounds for 2014 as his brilliant start to the season continues.
