Angus Monfries and Alipate Carlile are near certainties to play this week against Collingwood, adding important leadership to the Power’s line-up.

The duo both face fitness tests this week at training but are expected to take their place in the Power’s 22 come Sunday afternoon.

Jackson Trengove (foot) is nearing a return, but is a ‘long-shot’ to play Collingwood in Round 19, according to High Performance Manager Darren Burgess.

Andrew Moore was the standout in the SANFL with 33 disposals and 3 goals, but will face stiff competition to make the Power’s 22 given the return of Monfries and Carlile.

Collingwood
After a third consecutive loss in Round 18, the Pies may look to shake things up at the selection table.

Alan Toovey (back) is also a chance to return from injury while former Brownlow Medallist Dane Swan is still 3-4 weeks away from a return.

AFL.com.au reports that Brodie Grundy could be in contention to return from a stint in the VFL after an impressive performance on the weekend with 22 disposals and two goals.
