MATT White and Chad Wingard have been respectively shortlisted as finalists for the AFL's Goal and Mark of the Year awards.

White's incredible 100-metre sprint at Etihad Stadium against Richmond in Round 17 saw him break from defensive 50, receive the ball from Travis Boak on the corner of the centre square, and burst along the wing taking three bounces before goaling from 45 metres out.

The incredible run was highlighted by the running pursuit of Tiger Steven Morris, whose last ditch dive to try and tackle White showed the sheer pace of the Power's hard runner.

The goal probably broke a few Richmond hearts too, White having departed Punt Road for Alberton in the off-season.

VOTE FOR WHITE

Wingard's soaring mark against the Saints in Round 12 saw him jump high over the shoulders of St Kilda's Sean Dempster and clutch the footy at full stretch.

The mark sent the Adelaide Oval crowd into a frenzy as the 2013 All-Australian forward then went to play on and score a goal.

It was just one of many Wingard marks, including another notable contender against Fremantle earlier in the year, that sent Port's faithful wild.

VOTE FOR WINGARD

Port Adelaide supporters must vote for both Wingard and White for the pair to win the coveted awards.

Fans will go into the running to win a $5000 cash prize when they vote.

Both awards will be announced at the Brownlow Medal count.

Voting closes on September 18.
