Poulton is an SANFL premiership player with the club - having been part of the club's most recent SANFL premiership in 199 - and was an AFL player for the club in the AFL, having played 88 games between 1999 and 2005.
His sons, Coby, 10, and Johnny, 6, will run through the banner with the Magpies on Sunday afternoon when they enter the arena to take on Norwood.
The 2014 SANFL Grand Final will start at 2:40pm at the Adelaide Oval on Sunday 21 September.
