Voss joined the club on Tuesday as midfield manager on a multi-year deal.
He will be reunited with Brisbane Lions Premiership teammate Shaun Hart, who is Director of Coaching at the Power.
Voss also has links with high performance manager Darren Burgess and new recruit Johann Wagner from TV show The Recruit, and former Lion Jared Polec, who he coached from 2011-2013.
