Gray was awarded the maximum of 10 votes from Ken Hinkley and Alan Richardson in the AFL Coaches Association Award, taking him to 45 votes overall for 2015.

The midfield maestro racked up 37 disposals, 18 contested possessions, 12 clearances, 5 tackles and 1 goal in the crucial win over the Saints - his disposal and clearance numbers both matching career-highs.

Chad Wingard (15 disposals, 4 goals), Travis Boak (29 disposals) and Justin Westhoff (23 disposals, 2 goals) were all awarded six votes by the coaches while Sam Gray (20 disposals, 1 goal) and Hamish Hartlett (27 disposals) received one vote.
