Hit in SANFL win may see midfielder miss game time.

KANE MITCHELL can accept a one-game ban for striking North's Lewis Hender at Alberton Oval in Round 3.

The SANFL Incident Review Panel deemed Mitchell’s conduct to be careless, of high contact and medium impact.

Mitchell will risk a two-match ban if he chooses to contest the charge at the Tribunal.

The Magpies have the bye in Round 4, with their next contest being against Central District at Alberton on April 24.

Ivan Soldo reported pain in his left knee following Saturday’s game at the MCG, with scans showing he has irritated an old lateral meniscus injury.
