DESPITE two tough years on-field, Port Adelaide members are still well and truly on board.
The 36,494 members who have already signed-up for 2017 are a smidge ahead of the record set at the same time last year.
That's significant for the Port membership team, which is approaching its December 16 renewal deadline for 2016 members.
Reserved seat ticket holders have until that date to secure their spots for next season, with the first home game coming in Round 2 against Freo on Sunday 2 April.
"We're really excited about the response we've had from our members, these are really strong renewal numbers for us," says Benny Demertzis who leads the Port Adelaide member services team.
"We've had heaps of feedback from our people who are excited to see Paddy and Gus back and like the look of our new draftees.
"All of us are pretty optimistic we'll have plenty of members renew before December 16 and get a few more membership sign-ups before Christmas."
