GIVEN the AFL side has a bye this weekend, it’s a special SANFL edition of In the Mix this week.

Port Adelaide could welcome back some forward options for Sunday’s match-up against North Adelaide at Alberton Oval.

Lindsay Thomas has completed a four-match ban which kept him sidelined since the Power’s Round 5 loss to Geelong.

Thomas has booted eight goals in his two SANFL games this season including six in Round 1 against Adelaide.

Todd Marshall has returned to the club from compassionate leave following the death of his father, and could play his first game since the Round 4 loss to Essendon.

Karl Amon and Dom Barry were the travelling emergencies for the Power’s game against Gold Coast in Shanghai and could come into consideration to get some game time for the Magpies.

Ruckman Peter Ladhams will need to prove he has recovered from a knee problem to be considered for selection, having missed the past two games.

The squad to face North Adelaide will be announced on Thursday evening.
