‘Mr. Consistent’ continued his amazing run of top three placements in the John Cahill Medal count in 2009. Relieved of his regular tagging duties several times throughout the year, he amassed more possessions than any other Power player and finishing second in the tackle count behind his skipper, Dom Cassisi. With over 180 games under his belt, he’s not just a consistent performer from game-to-game but from season-to-season, regularly showing the way for his young midfield cohorts with his professional approach to preparation throughout the pre-season and game-day.

Draft history: 2000 National AFL Draft 2nd round selection (Port Adelaide) No. 20 overall.
