Red 8 was established in 1997, born out of New Zealand athlete Jim Bedwell’s passion for sport, fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

Out of Jim’s experiences as an elite athlete came an intense interest in protein and a belief in healthy nutrition, that has grown into a thriving nutritional products business.

More recently, a core range of sports supplements has been formulated with the elite athlete in mind. The quality and efficacy of these products has led the New Zealand Academy of Sport to select Red 8 as their Official Supplier – Nutritional Supplements.

Red 8 is passionately committed to new product development with feedback from our sponsored athletes playing an integral role in bringing to market products that will deliver results. Red 8 products contain no artificial colours or sweeteners and are GE-free.
