Choppy talked about the lead-up to the 2004 Grand Final, the day itself, how he almost got officiated out of the game and his favourite bumps.

No real surprise that he named his big hit on Rhett Biglands back in 2005.

"I think the Biglands bump was my best because it was a ruckman," Pickett told the portcast.

"He thought he had me lined up, but little did he know I'd lined him up 20 metres away."

You can hear more of Choppy talking about his big hit in the player at the top of the page or on YouTube here.

Choppy also featured as the hero of our Friday Flashback this week for his brilliant performance against the Hawks back in 2003.
