This week’s lesson is very important and many of the Port Adelaide Football Club players practice it, it is on Gratitude. Gratitude helps people to focus on the positive things that are happening around themselves each day. Sometimes it may feel like you have had a bad day so it is important to think about the good things that have happened in that day. It is important to think about all the good moments big and small.
Our players are encouraged to practice gratitude activities and reflect on good moments in their day and life.
This week’s activity requires you to record three things that go well for you each day and why? We will get you to complete this activity for a full week and reflect on how you feel at the end of the week. When our players do this it helps them to feel positive about the activities that they do and helps them cope with hard situations that may happen in their life.
