AFTER a significant redevelopment, The Precinct at Alberton is officially open to the public.

Inspired by the industrial past of the Port Adelaide district, The Precinct at Alberton features an incredible new club museum, expansive redeveloped club store, a new member services counter, a private event space and a contemporary bar and kitchen with views over Alberton Oval and the Adelaide Hills.

As you approach The Precinct, it’s impossible to miss the huge glass window of the new museum showcasing the Port Adelaide Football Club’s history of success – 37 replica Premiership cups and shields.

Flanking the entry to the museum are pylons salvaged from the Port River wharves, returning some iconic maritime history home to Port Adelaide. As you enter the building, you’re greeted by a spacious foyer with a wide staircase leading up to the bar and kitchen.

To your right sits a state-of-the-art new membership services counter which acts as a reception for The Precinct itself.

To your left, 150+ years of club history is available to peruse free of charge in the club’s brand new museum. A timeline of the club’s history, every Premiership team, touch screens with detailed club information and a suite of Port Adelaide memorabilia to explore at your leisure.

The centrepiece of the museum is a replica locker room, with more Port Adelaide tales and facts to immerse yourself in while imagining what it would be like to don the famous club colours.

After exiting the museum, you can shop til you drop at the newly developed Port Store, with the best range of club merchandise sure to satisfy every Port Adelaide fan.

Heading up the grand staircase you enter into a vibrant bar and kitchen area where you'll enjoy gourmet pizzas and some of South Australia’s best beers on tap. The modern, industrial feel is complemented by a double-sided fireplace and multiple screens to catch all the biggest sporting events live.

With the iconic view of Alberton Oval and the vista of the Adelaide Hills on full display, you’ll likely be drawn to the deck – set up perfectly for a Friday night platter, some relaxed drinks with friends or as a prime viewing spot for AFLW and SANFL action on game day.

Tucked away to the right of the bar you’ll find a spacious function room, with the modern set up and private bar making the space ideal for a corporate event, private function or special occasion.

Bookings for The Precinct at Alberton are now open. For all private event enquiries please email functions@pafc.com.au.
