Changes to Alberton Oval Capacity

The capacity of Alberton Oval has been reduced to 3,500 due to the redevelopment of our training facility.

As a result, the Scott Hodges end (South), Eastern Concourse, Geof Motley Gate and grassed car park on Seventh Avenue will be unavailable. The Williams Family Stand, Bob Quinn Grandstand, Northern concourse, Western concourse and the Bowling Club will all be available as normal.

An information guide for 2023 NAB AFLW games at Alberton can be found here.

Membership and game access

Members who have purchased an AFLW game access membership will have access to all Port Adelaide home and away AFLW games.

Due to the ongoing redevelopment at Alberton Oval and the expected high demand, members will be required to redeem a ticket through Ticketmaster using their 12-digit membership barcode. Seating in the Williams Family Stand and Robert Quinn Grandstand at Alberton Oval must be booked in advance through Ticketmaster. A $10 fee will apply and is subject to availability.

All ticketing for AFLW matches is mobile only.

For any membership enquiries on game day please see our Member Services team at the ticketing marquee on Brougham Place or the membership counter in the Precinct. More information, including on how to redeem your ticket, is available on our FAQ page.

Ticketing

If you do not have an AFLW game access membership, tickets can be purchased via Ticketmaster.

The event is a Mobile Only Ticketing event, this means your phone is your ticket. For the best experience, we recommend you download, login and add tickets to your mobile wallet via the Ticketmaster App before you get to the venue.

The Ticketmaster system means that you won’t be able to use screenshots of tickets to get into the venue, please transfer any additional tickets prior to arrival.

More information, including sale times, can be found on our FAQ page.

Seating

AFLW Game Access memberships and tickets provide general admission access to all Port Adelaide AFLW home and away games. For home games, seating in the Williams Family Stand at Alberton Oval must be booked in advance through Ticketmaster. A $10 fee will apply and is subject to availability.

Throughout the NAB AFL Women’s Competition standard folding chairs are permitted. Chairs must be positioned as close as possible together and not positioned in the middle of walkways or as to block entries and exits or the flow of movement. Venue management has the right to ask patrons to move chairs at any time.

Alberton Oval Gates

You are able to enter the venue via three gates:

Russell Ebert Gate - Queen Street
Bob McLean Gate - Brougham Place
