Please note that due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive, donations are limited, and priority is given to local charities and organisations with which we have a direct relationship.

All requests must be completed using the form found here. Please read all the below criteria before submitting your request.

Requests that are not submitted through the donation request form will not be considered.

Requests criteria

Requests must be submitted at least 15 business days prior to the event.

The club does not entertain any requests for the signing of personal items. The best opportunity for members and supporters to have items signed is through attending open training sessions (as advertised through Port Adelaide Football Club social channels).

The club does not accept player appearance requests.

The club does not provide monetary donations.

Donation items are very limited. Requests are dependent on the time of year and availability.

Successful donation requests in prior years does not guarantee successful additional requests.

Items donated to successful applicants will be determined at the discretion of the Port Adelaide Football Club.

The club holds the right to decline a request based on any of the criteria listed above.
