THE ANNUAL 2004 premiership reunion has taken place in Melbourne.

It's a low-key get-together, where the group that brought Port Adelaide its first AFL premiership glory in 2004 catch-up every grand final week in Melbourne.

The skipper that day was Warren Tredrea, and the club's all-time leading goal kicker in the AFL tweeted a picture of the group.

From left-to-right are Cornesy, Broges, Tredders, Kingers, Carry, Monty, club president Greg Boulton, Shaun, Choco, Matty, Josh Mahoney, Blade, Kane and Wakes.

It seems not everyone got there this year, with a notable absentee among the group.

That would be Damien Hardwick, who is of course coaching in his first AFL Grand Final on Saturday.

Never to forget our own, Dimma knows he'll have the warm wishes of the Port army behind him on Saturday arvo as well as those of Tigerland.
