WEST Coast could regain up to four key players for Saturday night's big game against Port Adelaide at Subiaco, while ruckman Nic Naitanui is also expected to play.

According to westcoasteagles.com.au, Matt Rosa is almost certain to return after missing the Round 4 clash against the Cats with gastro.

Darren Glass (hip) and Chris Masten (hamstring) will both face fitness tests while Luke Shuey will return after serving his one-match suspension.

West Coast coach Adam Simpson seems confident Naitanui will play, despite being subbed out during the third quarter against Geelong.

"He was a little tight but we didn't see any reason to keep him out there," Simpson said post-game.

"It was a precautionary thing."

Defenders Shannon Hurn (knee) and Beau Waters (shoulder), and forward Mark LeCras (arm) are all unavailable because of injury.
