PORT ADELAIDE will play Norwood in the 2014 SANFL Grand Final at the Adelaide Oval next Sunday.

Having defeated South Adelaide in the preliminary final at the Oval, the Magpies will proceed to a re-match with the Redlegs in what will be the fourth and most important encounter between the traditional rivals this year.

Given both clubs have the largest traditional supporter bases in the competition, a massive crowd is expected to turn out to the Grand Final which will pitch the fancied, experienced red-and-blue against the youthful and pacey black-and-white.

It will be the first SANFL Grand Final appearance for Port Adelaide since it defeated Norwood to take the 1999 flag at AAMI Stadium.

The match is also significant in being the club's first grand final appearance at the Adelaide Oval in 49 years, when it won its last premiership at the venue.

Tickets for the game are currently on sale via the official Adelaide Oval ticket vendor Ticketek and will also be available for purchase at the gate.

Essential Power and Adelaide Oval members are admitted to this game free on the presentation of a membership card at the gate.
