CHAD Wingard and Mark Baguley are just tough tacklers, but any more force in their wrap-arounds and they'd be in hot water with the AFL Match Review Panel.

The pair executed respective tackles on each other in the first and final quarters of the Power's 13-point win on Saturday night.

WWL: Power v Bombers

In both instances the MRP found the force used was "below that required to constitute a report".

However while Wingard was paid a free kick following the Baguley tackle in the fourth quarter, the Bomber wasn't afforded the same courtesy by the umpires in the first term.

That was a mistake, according to the MRP, which said in a statement that the brief lift from Wingard justified a free kick.

Both will be free to play in Round 18.
