September Survival Guide, Part 2

Q: Dear portadelaidefc.com.au, what can I do to keep my mind off the semi finals?

A: Plenty

That's right, there's ample recreations and pastimes that will distract you from two games of football being played this weekend.

Now, we're not guaranteeing they're pleasurable alternatives, but we reckon you'll find more enjoyment in these, than watching those other games...

1. Rearrange your sock drawer

Much more stimulating than the first or second semi finals...

2. Start reading war and peace

3. Paint that wall you've been neglecting...

...And then spend a few hours watching it dry.

4. Watch a replay of a classic senate estimates committee

There are some really gripping reviews of government operations out there...

5. Back up all your old VHS tapes into digital format

If it's an hour long video, it'll take an hour to back it up. Maybe find 48 VHS tapes or something...
