Ouch! That doesn’t look good.

But it was just cramp that got the better of fourth-year midfielder Ollie Wines in a leadership meeting at Alberton today.

Unfortunately for Wines, the cramp was fairly evenly distributed throughout his body.

It's hard to think of anything worse, but that's the price you pay for plenty of hard work on the track.

Power head of high performance Darren Burgess, who was in the meeting at the time, was quick to provide some assistance as Wines quickly got back to normal.

Safe to say Wines will be back on track on Tuesday.

“Yeah, he’ll be right,” Burgess told portadelaidefc.com.au.

“It was just a little bit of cramp, he’ll be out on the track again tomorrow.”

The only injury to Wines might have been his pride, with his (not so) compassionate teammates seizing the opportunity to tweet some slightly embarrassing photos from behind closed doors of Wines being worked-on in the meeting.
