Demons skipper Nathan Jones and midfielder Bernie Vince appear unlikely to play against the Power in Saturday’s NAB Challenge game at Elizabeth.

The pair missed Melbourne’s internal trial last week as they finalise their rehab for injury.

News Corp reports Jones is a chance to return to the track this week, but is still not expected to play.

Nor will Christian Petracca (toe), Ben Newton (ankle) and Jack Trengove.

However, No.4 draft pick Clayton Oliver is a strong chance to face the Power.

Former Adelaide Crow Simon Goodwin will coach the Demons on Saturday.
