Port Adelaide will host the most-watched game of home-and-away football when it takes on the Bombers at the Adelaide Oval.

The Round 3 clash between the Power and Bombers will be seen by well over two-million people, with the game to be broadcast into China on China Central Television (CCTV) as well as live across Australia on the Seven Network, Fox Footy and internationally via the AFL Live app.

Combined with an attendance expected between 45,000 and 50,000 at the Oval itself, Power and Bombers fans have a chance to be part of a history-making game.

The Anzac Day match between Collingwood and Essendon is usually the most-watched minor round game with a domestic audience around 1.5 million.

The Power announced a broadcast deal with CCTV last Sunday, which will see the club co-produce The AFL Show with 57 Films in an initiative funded by the South Australian Government to promote the state in China.

Port Adelaide will wear a China-themed Guernsey as part of the broadcast arrangement, with player names to be branded above their numbers.

The Australian and Chinese flags will also appear across the chest area of the Power’s jumpers.
