portadelaidefc.com.au takes a look at who’s in the mix to play in the Power’s clash with Collingwood at the MCG this Sunday.

Port Adelaide

There could be one forced change to the Power side which overcame Melbourne by 45 points in Round 10 depending on the fitness of Jack Hombsch.

The key backman came off the ground late in the game with a tight hamstring and will be assessed later this week.

A straight switch could come from half back flanker Matthew Broadbent who was a late withdrawal for the Power due to a bout of gastro - he’s since been cleared to return against the Pies.

However, if both are deemed fit to play, another Port Adelaide player would likely be squeezed out of the team back into the SANFL.

Young ruckman Billy Frampton is due to return to the Magpies this week after battling an ankle niggle for some weeks, while first year players Cameron Hewett and Aidyn Johnson are also in the mix to return from injury.

Collingwood

Expect to see a number changes to Collingwood’s side this week, after several Pies have been left sidelined with injuries following their clash with the Bulldogs.

Alex Fasolo, Taylor Adams and Darcy Moore have all been placed on the club’s medium-term injury list. Fasolo fractured his shoulder, Adams pulled a hamstring and Moore went down to a fractured collarbone during Sunday’s game.

Alan Toovey also went to hospital with concussion, which will likely mean he’s kept out of Sunday’s clash.

Ben Crocker suffered a sore ankle but managed to play out the game – he’s since been cleared to play.

With forwards Fasolo and Moore ruled out, Travis Cloke’s AFL return is on the cards.

Senior coach Nathan Buckley said it’s possible, but not guaranteed.

"If he's part of the best, hardest, fittest 22 (and) ready to come up against the side this week, he'll be in the side,” Buckley told Fox Footy on Monday night.

"Our expectation will be that the players we select this week to replace those (injured) players will need to bring the same energy and vigour that their teammates have brought over the last three weeks."
