For the 166 goals kicked at the Adelaide Oval by the Power in 2016, EnergyAusralia has donated 200 meals to the club’s major charity partner, Foodbank.

That means Foodbank will be able to provide move than 30,000 meals to help feed Adelaide’s hungry this year.

EnergyAustralia has contributed over 200,000 meals to Foodbank in the three years of the Goal to End Hunger campaign.

More than 60,000 South Australians experience food insecurity every month, with around one in three being children.

Foodbank's vision is to end hunger in SA by collecting surplus, salvaged and donated food and grocery products from producers, manufacturers and distributors.

To assist in this, EnergyAustralia commissioned a giant custom-built football to take donations of more than 520kg of tuna tins and hundreds of boxes of tea bags at game days in 2016.
