IN less than one month Port Adelaide will take on the Adelaide Crows in the ultimate rivalry in South Australian sport - Showdown XLII!

As this Power home clash is expected to be a high-attendance game, eligible Port Adelaide members will have the opportunity to purchase reserved seat upgrades and western stand guest passes (essential members only) for this game during an exclusive pre-sale for club members.

This window will be open from 9am (SA time) this Tuesday, March 14 until 5pm, Wednesday 15 July.

Upgrades will only be available during this window to Port Adelaide general admission members. Non-access members will not be eligible for the pre-sale.

For General Admission members, strictly one upgrade per membership barcode will be available

Essential members can secure up to five reserved seat upgrades - one reserved seat upgrade for yourself (if you do not already have a seasonal reserved seat) and up to four reserved seat upgrades for any guest passes you purchase. Essential members can also purchase up to four Western Stand guest passes for this game.

Guest passes and reserved seats are both strictly limited and subject to availability. Members can purchase these after the pre-sale, but it won't be exclusive access. Therefore, to optimise your opportunity, the club recommends you purchase during the priority window.

Any remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public on Thursday 16 March at 9am SA time.

Important ticketing information:

  • General Admission membership includes access to Showdown XLII even in the event that the game sells out.
  • Please note that additional reserved seating is available for this game in Bays 141-143 which are usually general admission. See the 2017 Showdown seating map here
  • Memberships are transferrable – if you can’t make it then pass your ticket onto a friend (Reserved Seat and Essential Members can also ticket transfer online)
  • However, Junior and Concession tickets require appropriate ID to be presented upon entry – if this cannot be presented patrons will be directed to the box office to upgrade. If an adult is using a junior or concession ticket it can be upgraded on the day at the box office by paying the minimum entry price for that stand – Reserved Seats can be upgraded for $35 plus ticketing fees (equivalent to the cost of a general admission ticket) and Western Stand tickets can be upgraded for $55 plus ticketing fees (equivalent to the cost of a guest pass).
