PORT ADELAIDE has reached over 50,000 members ahead of Christmas and is pushing ahead to the 60,000-member milestone once again.

It’s a show of strength for a Port Adelaide supporter base that has cracked 60,000 memberships in the past three consecutive seasons.

Port Adelaide Executive General Manager Matthew Richardson says the support shown by members before Christmas is a fantastic way to head into the club’s 2018 campaign.

“Our members and the list management team have been the stars of the run into Christmas,” Richardson told portadelaidefc.com.au.

“Having more than 51,000 members already signed up for 2018 says that our community is really looking forward to next season.”

In addition to hitting the significant membership milestone, several of the club’s other indicators are up on last year, including member retention rates, upgrades into reserved seating areas and new 2018 members.

The club’s new seating model at Adelaide Oval will also see plenty of options for seasonal reserved seating available to new members so anyone looking to join up won’t miss out.

And with plenty of other exciting things going on around the club in 2018, it’s going to be an enormous year for the Port Adelaide community!

“2018 is going to be an exciting year for our members and we won’t have to wait long to get started in the New Year,” Richardson said.

“Our inaugural Member Convention will kick things off in early February, followed by the traditional Family Day internal trial.

“Our full squad then heads out to the Eyre and Yorke Peninsula’s for the AFL Community Camp, before we kick off the exciting new AFLX at Hindmarsh Stadium on Thursday, February 15."

Port Adelaide memberships, including reserved seat tickets and general admission categories are available through weareportadelaide.com.au here and by calling 1300 GO PAFC.
