PORT ADELAIDE has made two changes for its ANZAC Round clash with Geelong on Saturday night at Adelaide Oval.

Jack Hombsch and Jake Neade come into the team for Trent McKenzie, who has been omitted, and Tom Rockliff, who hasn’t recovered from the calf injury he sustained against Essendon in Round 4.

Neade has averaged 18 disposals a game in the SANFL this season, and kicked three goals against Glenelg in Round 2 - including the match-winner.

While Hombsch has averaged 15 possessions and five marks a game, and played a key role in the Magpies’ defensive structure.

Port Adelaide’s SANFL team will be announced early next week, with the Magpies and Sturt playing on ANZAC Day in a grand final rematch.
