Ins: Hombsch, Trengove

Outs: Byrne-Jones, Jonas

PORT ADELAIDE has made two changes for its Round 15 clash with Carlton at the MCG on Saturday afternoon.

Jack Trengove is set to make his club debut, while Jack Hombsch gets another opportunity in the AFL side after being unlucky to miss Port’s win over Melbourne.

Trengove, who came to the Power as a delisted free agent, has been a dominant player for the Magpies in the SANFL, and gets his opportunity in the senior side to face the Blues.

Tom Jonas will miss this weekend’s match with a hamstring complaint, while Darcy Byrne-Jones has been omitted for arriving at training late on Monday.

Aidyn Johnson, Jake Neade, Jimmy Toumpas, and Jack Watts are the emergencies.

Byrne-Jones will play in the SANFL when the Magpies face Norwood on Sunday afternoon.

The Magpies are set welcome back Matthew Broadbent for the first time in 2018, after the defender resumed full training a few weeks ago.

Broadbent hasn’t played any level of football since undergoing surgery on the ankle he injured in 2017.

Jarrod Lienert will also make his return to the Magpies’ side to face the Redlegs, after recovering from the knee injury he suffered in Round 4 against Sturt.

Mitchell Mead, Simon Wong, and Kyle Crompton have also been named in the squad for Sunday’s clash.
