PORT ADELAIDE forward Aidyn Johnson has been offered a fine by the Match Review Officer arising out of an incident in Saturday’s loss to West Coast.

Johnson has been charged with engaging in rough conduct against West Coast’s Thomas Cole during the third quarter of the four point loss at Adelaide Oval.

Based on the available evidence and a medical report from the West Coast Eagles Football Club the incident was assessed as careless contact with low impact to the head.

The incident was classified as a $3,000 sanction.

The player is able to accept a $2,000 sanction with an early plea.

Johnson finished the game with three goals.
