Alipate Carlile and partner Jo welcomed Alipate John Jr last month, and by the looks of things sister Essena is warming up to the idea of having a little brother.

Paddy Ryder’s 1-year-old son Harlan popped into the office last week while dad was in training.

Jacko’s facebook-famous Rottweiler, Bear, has made a recovery after coming down with a leg infection and having his back left leg amputated.
