Port Adelaide list manager Jason Cripps was admitted to the Royal Perth Hospital on Saturday and placed in an induced coma after suffering a heart attack on a social run.

After spending the last 48 hours in a serious but stable condition, the club advises that Jason has been successfully taken out of the induced coma and is responsive to family and friends.

He remains in hospital in a stable condition.
