Arriving at the club in 2018, Zak Butters has continued to build on an extremely impressive beginning chapter of his AFL career.

Known for his hard-at-the-ball attitude and silky skills, Butters is widely known as one of the best players in the competition.

At just 25 years old, Butters boasts three John Cahill Medals, three All-Australian blazers, two AFLPA Most Courageous Player Awards and an AFLCA Champion Player of the Year Award.

At the conclusion of the 2026 season, Butters informed Port Adelaide that he intends to exercise his rights as a restricted free agent and explore a return home to Victoria.
