Jason Horne-Francis is one of the most promising young players seen by the AFL world. Horne-Francis, already in his young career, has shown tough ball-winning, defensive efforts and powerful physicality. Coupled with his ability to play up forward – and exert significant damage in front of goal – he is one of the most impactful players in the league.
Hailing from South Adelaide in the SANFL, Horne-Francis made his league debut at just 17 years old and quickly took his game to new heights in his debut year at North Melbourne. Since making the move to Alberton, he has made a name for himself as one of the club’s best players. A career best year in 2026 saw him average 23.3 disposals (16 kicks) and 5.8 clearances, whilst still proving damaging in front of goal.
At just 23 years old, Horne-Francis has already secured a number of accolades including multiple All-Australian squad selections, a John Cahill Medal and a Gavin Wanganeen Medal.
