Aliir Aliir and Jack Lukosius have been cleared to return to football this week, while Ollie Wines will miss a second consecutive game.
Aliir and Wines both sustained knee injuries in Round 14 against Melbourne, and Lukosius has been unavailable since fracturing his kneecap in Round 2.
Lukosius then suffered a back injury last month, which prolonged his return, but he has integrated into full training over the last fortnight.
Port Adelaide will name its team for Thursday's game on Wednesday at 5:50pm ACST.
