PORT ADELAIDE has made two changes – one forced and one unforced – to its team to play Brisbane on Saturday at the Gabba.

Hamish Hartlett and Jack Hombsch return from injury, while Travis Boak (hamstring) and Aidyn Johnson (omitted) fall out of the side.

Johnson has been named on the emergency list with Brendon Ah Chee and Jesse Palmer.

This weekend also marks the return of Angus Monfries for his first game since 2015. 

Monfries has recovered from a hamstring injury, and will play for the Magpies against the Crows at Woodville Oval on Saturday afternoon. 

Matthew Lobbe will also return from a knee injury.

Port Adelaide plays two games on Saturday 29 April, first taking on the SANFL Crows at Woodville Oval at 2.10pm, followed by its Round 6 AFL game against the Lions at the Gabba at 4.35pm AEST.
