PORT ADELAIDE has named a 29-man squad with the notable absence of several first-choice players for Saturday’s NAB Challenge game against the Sydney Swans.

Captain Travis Boak, vice-captains Brad Ebert and Matthew Lobbe will not play.

Playmakers Robbie Gray, Hamish Hartlett, Jay Schulz and Justin Westhoff have also been left out.

Exciting outside midfielder Jared Polec will return to playing duties for the first time since Round 5, 2015, having spent the remainder of last season in rehab.

Jimmy Toumpas, Riley Bonner, Aidyn Johnson, Will Snelling and Cameron Hewett will all make their first appearance for the Power in an AFL-sanctioned game.

Port Adelaide plays the Sydney Swans at Blacktown International Sportspark at 4:40pm AEST on Saturday 20 February.
