PORT ADELAIDE will be without wingman/defender Riley Bonner for Saturdayās game against North Melbourne but Orazio Fantasia could be available.Ā
Bonner sprained his right ankle in the third quarter of the win over the Western BulldogsĀ on Friday nightĀ and was subbed out of the game.
ImagingĀ confirmed the long-kicking left footerĀ has injured ligaments in his ankle andĀ he has been ruled out of this weekendās trip to Hobart.
Forward Fantasia has not played this season having had off-season knee surgery.
He has steadily increased his training load and has been cleared to play should he get through the week on the track.
Fantasiaās return comes after spearhead Charlie Dixon played his first game for the year in the SANFL on Saturday. Dixon pulled up well on Monday after having eleven disposals and booting a goal on his comeback.
Kane Farrell will be clear of the AFLās health and safety protocols later this week and available for selection but former Kangaroo Trent Dumont has now fallen under the protocols and wonāt face his former side.
Miles Bergman is also likely to be available having returned to full training after missing the last three games with a virus.
Port Adelaide willĀ on Thursday eveningĀ name its side to take on North Melbourne at Hobartās Blundstone ArenaĀ on Saturday from 2:10pmĀ AEST /Ā 1:40pmĀ ACST.
