ORAZIO FANTASIA has been named to make his return to football in Port Adelaide’s SANFL side for its game against Glenelg on Saturday.

Fantasia has trained strongly to prove he has overcome a quad injury suffered in the Round 8 SANFL game against North Adelaide.

His inclusion will be a welcome boost for a side which loses Miles Bergman, Steven Motlop, Jase Burgoyne and Taj Schofield to the AFL side.

Mac Nield also drops out while Luke Surman has completed a transfer to Norwood.

Fantasia will be joined in the line-up by Brayden Kirk, Miller Carter and Ollie Cheesman for his first game since Round 3.

Port Adelaide’s AFL side has not been finalised because of its game landing on Sunday but any AFL emergency not required could drop back to play for the Magpies.

The Bays sit just percentage off top of the ladder but the sides have been very evenly matched with three wins each in their last six meetings including two each in the last four games at Alberton.

Sunday’s game at Alberton gets underway at 2:10pm.
