YOUNG key forward Ollie Lord will be ineligible for selection at any level this weekend after accepting a sanction for striking in the SANFL.

The SANFL Match Review Panel charged Lord for striking West’s Hamish Ellem during a marking contest at Alberton Oval on Saturday, after the developing tall caught his Bloods opponent high with an elbow after arriving late to the drop of the ball.

The action was deemed intentional high contact of a low impact, with a base sanction of two matches reduced to one with an early guilty plea.

Lord will next be available for selection for Yartapuulti's SANFL Round 13 home game against North Adelaide or the AFL side's clash with Carlton at Marvel Stadium.

SANFL contracted pair Nick Moore and Jackson Lee were also cited by the MRP, receiving differing fates at the hands of the SANFL for their charges of rough conduct.

Moore will spend a week on the sidelines for a bump that caught West’s Kobe Ryan high, while Lee was fined $125 for a dangerous tackle on Lucas Meline in the Magpies win at the weekend.

Moore’s charge was initially slated as a two-match ban, deemed careless conduct with high contact of a medium impact, but reduced to one game with an early guilty plea.

Similarly, an early guilty plea saw Lee’s one-match ban reduced to a fine after his tackle was judged careless conduct with high contact of a low impact.

West’s Josh Gore was also fined $125 for engaging in rough conduct with Dylan Aldridge in the same game.
