Ollie Wines has been ruled out of this weekend's game against Sydney after suffering a medial knee injury.
The midfielder managed to play out the game on Sunday, but will be sidelined for a couple of weeks while he recovers.
Scans have cleared Jason Horne-Francis and Aliir Aliir of serious injury, with Horne-Francis available to play this weekend.
Horne-Francis sustained a shoulder sprain during the second half of Sunday's game, while Aliir's medial ligament sprain will be assessed throughout the week.
Lachie Jones is a test for this week as he approaches the end stage of his hamstring rehabilitation, while Jack Lukosius is back running and is pushing closer to a return.
Port Adelaide will name its side for Saturday's game at 5:50pm ACST on Thursday.
