Jason Horne-Francis has been ruled out of this weekend's game against Hawthorn in Launceston.
Horne-Francis sustained an acute fracture in his foot from an incident in Sunday’s game and is likely to require surgery. A return timeline will become clearer in the coming days.
Connor Rozee was subbed out of the match against West Coast, with scans showing a fracture in his hand. The Port Adelaide captain won’t require surgery and will be assessed throughout the week.
Defender Ryan Burton has undergone a knee arthroscopy, while Esava Ratugolea has also had a successful procedure to repair his hamstring.
Port Adelaide will name its team for Saturday's game on Thursday at 5:50pm ACST.
