Academy graduate John Kleeman is now the club’s Business Development Manager and credits the diploma with creating the pathway.
“The Academy gave me real world exposure to how a professional sporting organization runs,” Kleeman said.
“I loved the hands on experience I got with staff at the club and it got me my start in sport.”
The diploma also opens pathways for further study, with more than 39% of graduates going on to additional degrees.
