Port Adelaide forward Mitch Zadow has been offered a two-match ban by the SANFL Match Review Panel following Round 4.

In the first quarter of Friday's game against Norwood, Zadow was cited for engaging in rough conduct, with high contact and high impact.

The Norwood player has since entered concussion protocols.

The club has until 10am Wednesday to decide whether to challenge the suspension.
