Port Adelaide’s AFLW side will host Melbourne in a pre-season practice match at Alberton Oval as preparations ramp up for the 2026 NAB AFLW season.

The Power will take on the Demons on Saturday, 25 July from 11:30am local time, with the match free for fans to attend, and livestreamed via the club’s website.

The hit-out will provide supporters with their first opportunity to see Port Adelaide’s AFLW side in action ahead of Round 1, marking the first outing under new senior coach Glenn Strachan, while also offering a glimpse of the club’s established stars, new recruits and emerging talent.
